DELIVER MEANINGFUL PROJECTS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

You are part of a team of project managers who are there for you when you need them and with whom you coordinate weekly. To successfully deliver concrete projects for our customers, you work hand in glove with a team of software engineers. You are in charge of scope monitoring, budget management and planning of the projects assigned to you. These are diverse, both in terms of technical challenge (marketing automation, integrations, custom applications, etc.) and sector (logistics, HR, culture, etc.). Besides all that, you keep an eye on the quality of what we deliver.

You are in close contact with the clients for whom you manage projects. As their first point of contact, you not only answer questions, but also communicate proactively about projects’ status. Even in challenging situations, you communicate professionally and objectively. You will also remain involved after the delivery of projects by coordinating the necessary support for existing applications. Thanks to the key role that you play, you can join the client in seeking out for new possibilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an organizational talent. Someone who knows how to stay on top of multiple customers and projects.

  • Experience as a project manager is a plus, but not essential. We set much greater store by a healthy dose of enthusiasm and common sense than by the years of experience you have notched up or by your degree. We will offer you extensive support to grow within your function.
  • You have a keen interest in cloud software and how to use it to develop bespoke solutions for a companies. You want to help optimize business processes and have an open mind for various sectors.
  • You are ambitious, enterprising and results-oriented and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You are a critical thinker who is not afraid to provide constructive feedback.
  • You have (at least) a B driving licence.
  • Written and spoken communication is your strength. You are fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is an asset.
  • Enthusiasm, drive and a sense of responsibility are part of your personality.
